Determine form of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union according to appendix.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepk of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union it (is applied).

3. Authorize Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno regional customs on registration of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union according to their region of activities.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2024.

The instruction about procedure for filling of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union

1. This Instruction determines procedure for filling of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union (further – collection Calculation).

2. In one Calculation of collection data on calculation of the amount of collection for rendering of services on entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union (further – collection), for realization in the accounting period of services in entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union (further – service), in one or several specially established places for making of cargo operations and (or) the peretsepk (further – specially established place) located in the region of activities of one customs authority are specified.

3. Calculation of collection is filled on sheets of paper of the A4 format with capital letters by means of technical means in duplicate.

Erasures, blots, corrections in Calculation of collection are not allowed.

4. Column 1-6 of Calculation of collection are filled with the payer of collection.

5. In the column 1 "Payer" separate lines specify the information about the payer of collection:
