About financing of the expenses connected with conducting examination in the field of digital development
Based on subitem 12.13 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2022 No. 136 "About state body in the field of digital development and questions of informatization", subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2023 "About digital development" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 381
1. Determine that:
1.1. from the means arriving to public institution "Secretariat of the Supervisory board of the Park of high technologies" (further – the secretariat of the Supervisory board of PVT) according to the paragraph third Item 17 of the Regulations on the Park of high technologies approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2005 No. 12, quarterly till the 25th day of the last month of quarter the secretariat of the Supervisory board of PVT transfer to Giprosvyaz open joint stock company (further – JSC Giprosvyaz) money on financing of expenses on payment of remunerations to the experts involved to conducting examination of actions and pilot projects in the field of digital development, and also other objects of examination in the field of digital development makes (further if other is not determined, respectively – experts, examination).
Money transfer according to part one of this subitem is performed based on the request of JSC Giprosvyaz in form according to appendix (further – the request). The request goes JSC Giprosvyaz to the secretariat of the Supervisory board of PVT no later than the 10th day of the last month of quarter.
