1. To the Ministry of Finance in 2024 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture to provide compensation (payment) of part of interest for using the loans granted to the organizations woodworking and pulp and paper industry for implementation of investment projects and replenishment of current assets and also parts of expenses on repayment of the loans (loans) granted for compensation of insurance commissions of authorized insurance agencies in case of attraction of the credits (loans) of foreign banks (the non-bank credit and financial organizations) and external state loans (credits) according to appendix.
2. Compensation (payment) of percent is made by the Ministry of Finance within the means of the republican budget provided on these purposes in 2024.
3. Received (released) according to this resolution funds are allocated by the organizations specified in appendix, in 2024-2025 on replenishment of own current assets.
4. Conditions of rendering the state support to open joint stock companies "Borisovdrev", "Ivatsevichdrev", "Svetlogorsk Pulp and Board Mill", "Managing company of Belarusian Wall-paper holding and to the republican unitary enterprise "Plant of Newsprint" the conditions determined in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 529, of August 30, 2012 No. 391, of October 1, 2012 No. 449, of May 7, 2014 No. 216 are.
5. Confer the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the conditions specified in item 4 of this resolution on the corresponding heads of the organizations determined in appendix, the head of Ivatsevichdrev open joint stock company in addition regarding Borisovdrev open joint stock company, the chairman of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest woodworking and pulp and paper industry and the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus according to distribution of obligations.
6. To concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry together with the State committee on property till April 1, 2025 to introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of legal acts about increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of the organizations (except open joint stock company "Managing company of Belarusian Wall-paper holding) specified in appendix, at the amounts of the state support given them according to Item 1 of this resolution.
7. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2024.
