About establishment for 2024 of the sizes of expenditure of means and compensation

Based on part one of Item 6 and part one of Item 7 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 "About enhancement of procedure for the address with waste of goods and packagings" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 16

1. Establish for 2024:

1.1. the general sizes of funds expenditure, arriving on the current (settlement) bank account of public institution "Operator of secondary material resources" (further – the operator) with the special mode of functioning, according to appendix on implementation of actions, 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus specified in paragraphs the second or twelfth to Item part one of January 17, 2020 No. 16;

1.2. the following sizes of the Item part one provided in the paragraph the second 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection of the waste received as a result of procurement * at physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs), on condition of use or neutralization of this waste:

waste of paper and cardboard, including with impregnation and covering, – 150 rubles for ton;

glass waste – 240 rubles for ton;

PET-bottles – 250 rubles for ton;

waste of plastic (except PET-bottles) – 150 rubles for ton;

* For the purposes of this resolution procurement is understood as purchase or acceptance on a grant basis of the waste which is secondary material resources, the waste which is subject to neutralization and also the packaging from glass intended for repeated application in specially equipped buildings (rooms, constructions) or vehicles.

1.3. the following sizes of the Item part one provided in the paragraph the second 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection of the waste received as a result of sorting * utility waste or collected in places of temporary storage of the waste intended for independent placement of consumer wastes by their producers on condition of use or neutralization of this waste:

waste of paper and cardboard, including with impregnation and covering, – 150 rubles for ton;

glass waste – 240 rubles for ton;

PET-bottles – 150 rubles for ton;

waste of plastic (except PET-bottles) – 150 rubles for ton;

1.4. the following sizes of the Item part one provided in the paragraph the second 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection of the waste received by the methods listed in subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of this Item on condition of use or neutralization of this waste:

waste of the electric and electronic equipment large-size ** – 690 rubles for ton;

waste of the electric and electronic equipment mid-size *** – 740 rubles for ton;

waste of the electric and electronic equipment melkogabaritny **** – 815 rubles for ton;

oils motor, lubricant fulfilled, except for transferred to use for the purpose of burning and (or) fuel productions, – 100 rubles for ton;

worn-out tires, tires and rubber bags – 180 rubles for ton;

mercury lamps (compact) fulfilled – 1 ruble 10 kopeks apiece;

fluorescent tubes the fulfilled, mercury thermometers fulfilled – 83 kopeks apiece;

the fulfilled batteries (batteries) – 5790 rubles for ton;

** For the purposes of this resolution the electric and electronic equipment large-size is understood as the equipment which dimensions in the amount in three dimensions constitute over 160 centimeters.

*** For the purposes of this resolution the electric and electronic equipment mid-size is understood as the equipment which dimensions in the amount in three dimensions constitute over 80 centimeters to 160 centimeters inclusive.

**** For the purposes of this resolution the electric and electronic equipment melkogabaritny is understood as the equipment which dimensions in the amount in three dimensions constitute up to 80 centimeters inclusive.

1.5. the size of the Item part one provided in paragraph three 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection of the packaging from glass intended for repeated application by procurement at physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) on condition of reuse of this packaging – 2 kopeks apiece;

1.6. the following sizes of the Item part one provided in paragraph four 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on use of waste:

the solid waste used for production of alternative fuel (RDF fuel) implemented for burning at cement works of the Republic of Belarus – 80 rubles for ton of alternative fuel;

the waste of vegetable and organic origin used on objects for use of the waste registered in the register of objects for use of waste, for receipt of compost (fertilizer) *, implemented and (or) used independently for the purposes of improvement and gardening of the territories ** the Republic of Belarus, – 15 rubles for ton of the implemented and (or) used compost (fertilizer);

waste of the electric and electronic equipment large-size – 120 rubles for ton of the used waste on objects for use of the waste registered in the register of objects for use of waste;

waste of the electric and electronic equipment mid-size – 270 rubles for ton of the used waste on objects for use of the waste registered in the register of objects for use of waste;

waste of the electric and electronic equipment melkogabaritny – 910 rubles for ton of the used waste on objects for use of the waste registered in the register of objects for use of waste;

* For the purposes of this resolution compost (fertilizer) is understood as products corresponding to code 20.15.80.000 "The fertilizers of animal or phytogenesis which are not included in other groups" the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus of OKRB 007-2012 "Products qualifier by types of economic activity".
