1. Approve the enclosed features of structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory approved by authorized bodies of the executive authority of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2028.

1. The structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory approved by authorized bodies of the executive authority of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region are determined by provisions of articles 42 and 43 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation taking into account the features provided by the this document.

2. The main part of the site planning of the territory (except for the site planning of the territory providing placement of linear objects) includes:

a) the drawing or drawings of the layout of the territory with display of red lines, borders of the existing and planned elements of planning structure, borders of zones of the planned placement of capital construction projects, numbers of characteristic points of the established red lines, including points of the beginning and the termination of red lines, points of change of the description of red lines, and with appendix in the form of the table of the list of coordinates of characteristic points of the established red lines;

b) the regulations on the layout of the territory containing extreme parameters of the permitted construction, characteristics of the planned capital construction projects (appointment, location, the area, etc.) and such capital construction projects, necessary for functioning, and ensuring activity of citizens of objects of municipal, transport and social infrastructures taking into account their territorial availability to the population, stages of architectural and construction designing, construction, reconstruction of capital construction projects and such capital construction projects, necessary for functioning, and ensuring activity of citizens of objects of municipal, transport and social infrastructures.

3. Materials on reasons for the site planning of the territory (except for the site planning of the territory providing placement of linear objects) include the explanatory note and graphical materials.

b) the description of architectural and volume and spatial characteristics of the planned development of the territory, including:

appointment and parameters of designed projects of capital construction;

reasons for delimitation of zones of the planned placement of capital construction projects;

offers on development of objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructures;

c) information on need of implementation of actions for protection of the territory against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, including on ensuring fire safety and civil defense;

d) reasons for priority of the planned development of the territory with the plan of implementation of actions, provided by the site planning of the territory;

e) other text materials for reasons for Item 2 of this document of regulations on the layout of the territory specified in the subitem "b" (in the presence).

5. The graphical materials specified in Item 3 of this document include:

a) the scheme of use of the territory during preparation of the site planning of the territory;

b) scheme of the organization of traffic circulation, pedestrians and cyclists;

c) the scheme of borders of the territories of objects of cultural heritage and the scheme of borders of zones with special conditions of use of the territory;

d) planning and (or) volume and spatial solution of building of the territory;

e) the scheme of the planned providing the territory with objects of social servicing;

e) priority of the planned development of the territory (the list of actions for project implementation of the layout of the territory);

g) other graphical materials for reasons for regulations on the layout of the territory (in the presence).

6. The main part of the site planning of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects includes the drawing or drawings of the layout of the territory and regulations on placement of linear objects.

7. The drawing or drawings of the layout of the territory specified in Item 6 of this document display:

a) red lines;

b) borders of the existing and planned elements of planning structure;

c) borders of zones of the planned placement of the capital construction projects designed as a part of linear objects;

d) numbers of characteristic points of the established red lines, including points of the beginning and the termination of red lines, points of change of the description of red lines;

e) borders of zones of the planned placement of linear objects, including points of the beginning and the termination of borders of such zones, points of change of the description of borders of such zones;

e) borders of zones of the planned placement of the linear objects which are subject to reconstruction in connection with change of their location.
