The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Approve expenses for 2005 on realization of the Main actions of the Interstate comprehensive program of the rehabilitation of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts and the victims of terrorism for 2001 - 2005 approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of May 31, 2001 in the amount of 3rd 093, of 8 thousand rubles at the expense of contributions of the states of the Commonwealth (appendix 1).
2. Approve for 2005 the sizes of contributions of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States on financing of the Main actions of the Interstate comprehensive program of rehabilitation of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts and the victims of terrorism for 2001 - 2005 (appendix 2).
3. To committee on cases of soldiers internationalists under Council of Heads of Government of the State Parties of the Commonwealth to prepare the draft of the Concept of development of social and medical bases of improvement of quality of life and prevention of disability of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts, peacekeeping transactions and the victims of terrorism in the State Parties of the CIS for 2006 - 2010.
4. The decision becomes effective from the date of signing, and for gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States whose legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.
It is made in the city of Tbilisi on June 3, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
