Based on Article part ten 61, No. 2435-XII "About health care" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts eight of Article 61-2, of parts four and the fifth Article 61-3, of part six of article 61-4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for the organization and passing of preparation in clinical internship, procedure and conditions of assignment and recovery of persons who had training in clinical internship (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for distribution of persons who had training in clinical internship in presentia (are applied);
The regulations on payment procedure of remunerations for work in the selection (competitive) committee (subcommittee) (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of grants to clinical interns, implementation of other payments to persons having training in clinical internship (are applied);
The regulations on procedure of payments of the means spent for training of persons who had training in clinical internship and their compensations in republican and (or) local budgets (are applied).

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2016 No. 684 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for compensation in the republican budget of the means spent by the state for training of the clinical intern of full-time of preparation".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 2, 2024 and extends the action to persons who began preparation in clinical internship after the introduction it in force.
