For the purpose of coordination of rates for passenger and goods transportation rail transport and liquidation of unprofitability of activities of the Moldavian railroad Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:
establish, since April 16, 1993, the maximum coefficients of increase in the rates operating now: 2 - on public conveyance in direct, local and suburban messages and 2,2 - on goods interstate rail haulings.
