About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning the rolling bearings (except for needle) coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated anti-dumping investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 21, 2018 No. 139, Board of the Eurasian economic commission of RESHILA:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of 31 March of 2029 inclusive of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from People's Republic of China and classified by codes 8482 10 100 1, 8482 10 100 2, 8482 10 100 9, 8482 10 900 1, 8482 10 900 2, 8482 10 900 3, 8482 10 900 8, 8482 20 000 1, 8482 20 000 2, 8482 20 000 9, 8482 30 000 1, 8482 30 000 9, 8482 50 000 1, 8482 50 000 2, 8482 50 000 9, 8482 80 000 1, 8482 80 000 2, 8482 80 000 9, 8482 91 100 0, 8482 91 900 0 and 8482 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU.

For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping measure the goods are determined by code of the CN FEA EEU.

2. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs:

provide collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision;

provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the anti-dumping duty paid (collected) according to Decision Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 18, 2023 No. 103 according to the procedure established for collection of preliminary anti-dumping duties to anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which it was paid it (is collected).

3. To department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission in case of receipt in accordance with the established procedure of information that application of anti-dumping measure causes damage to interests of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to consider question of conducting repeated anti-dumping investigation according to Item 110 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
