About introduction of temporary ban on export (export) of mineral fertilizers of the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish temporary ban for a period of six months on export (export) from the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (except for the international transit and the humanitarian aid provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic) mineral fertilizers entered after five days from the effective date of this resolution according to the enclosed list.
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution to notify the Eurasian economic commission and the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
- notify Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization on the measures for regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illegal export (export) of separate types of the mineral fertilizers specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on export (export) of mineral fertilizers from the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" of February 17, 2023 No. 88" of March 23, 2023 No. 162.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7. This resolution becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.
