Article 1. Join the Rotterdam convention on the procedure of prior reasonable consent concerning separate dangerous chemicals and pesticides in the international trade accepted in Rotterdam on September 10, 1998 (further - the Rotterdam convention).
Article 2. According to Item 1 of article 4 of the Rotterdam convention to determine the Ministry of Health authorized body, the actionee of obligations assumed by the Republic of Belarus under the Rotterdam convention.
Article 3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time after entry into force of this Law to take the measures necessary for realization of provisions of the Rotterdam convention.
