According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of cellulose wood half-bleached or bleached of the deciduous breeds classified by code 4703 29 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of percent 2,5 from customs value.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 4703 29 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "16C)" to exclude;

b) to declare the note 16C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union invalid.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
