For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 14, 2023 with No. 979-VIQD "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medicines" and execution of subitem 2.2.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 15, 2023 No. 2298 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 6, 2007 No. 528 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medicines"", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

1. Approve (to add) "The list of the countries and the foreign (international) organizations to which recognition of foreign (international) registration of medicine extends" (is attached).

2. Change can be made to this Resolution according to the Item 3.5 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation, Approval, Acceptance and Publication of Projects of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 2328 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 6, 2023.
