According to part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that in 2024 the residents Action of City who entered such status before entry into force of this resolution:
do not lose resident status Action of City by results of submission of the report on compliance and/or the independent conclusion;
do not submit the initial report on compliance and/or the independent conclusion.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2022 No. 382 "Some questions of functioning of legal regime Action of City in connection with introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 28, the Art. 1546).
