About approval of the Regulations on monitoring of fishing boats and the Procedure for functioning of system of remote control of fishing boats

According to paragraphs of the eighth and ninth of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About fishery, industrial fishery and protection of water bioresources" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on monitoring of fishing boats;
Procedure for functioning of system of remote control of fishing boats.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of placement on the official website of the State agency on development of melioration, fishery and food programmes of the notification on the beginning of work of component Single state electronic management system as industry of fishery - systems of remote control of fishing boats.
