Determine that the goods imported in the territory of port special economic zones, the sites specified regarding the 4th article 7 of the Federal law "About Development of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol and the Free Economic Zone in the Territories of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol", the certain site (certain sites) of the seaports open for the international message and calling of foreign ocean ships including the seaport water area, and (or) certain sites of the territory of the airport open for acceptance and sending the aircrafts which are carrying out the international airborne transportations which are in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok, the parcels of land adjacent to the automobile or railway check point of the free port of Vladivostok, the certain site (certain sites) of the seaports open for the international message and calling of foreign ocean ships including the seaport water area and (or) certain sites of the territory of the airport open for acceptance and sending the aircrafts which are carrying out the international airborne transportations which are in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, the parcels of land adjacent to the automobile or railway check point of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, and placed under customs procedure of free customs zone are subject to customs declaring in cases if such goods are intended for the consumption specified in the subitem 5 of Item 1 of Article 205 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2012 No. 1206 "About customs declaring of the foreign goods imported on the territory of the port special economic zone from the territory of the state which is not the member of the Customs union, and placed under customs procedure of free customs zone" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 48, the Art. 6711).
