About features of implementation in 2024 of measures of social protection (support) to separate categories of citizens
According to article 18 of the Federal Law of March 8, 2022 "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decides No. 46-FZ:
1. Establish the following features of implementation in 2024 of measures of social protection (support):
a) monthly money payment to the citizens from among combat veterans who are taking part (promoting accomplishment of tasks) in special military operation, is established without filing of application from the date of recognition of the citizen by the combat veteran based on the data on execution of the corresponding certificate of single sample received by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation from federal executive bodies, federal state bodies performing issue of these certificates;
b) the payment specified in the subitem "an" of this Item is performed by transfer into the account of the citizen in credit institution, field organization of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, data on which are available in Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation or are received according to the procedure of information exchange;
c) provision in Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation federal executive bodies, federal state bodies of information about citizens from among the combat veterans who are taking part (the tasks promoting accomplishment) in special military operation, is performed based on prisoners in 2023 and 2024 by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies, federal state bodies of agreements.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
