Rules of implementation of activities of mining-pool

These rules determine procedure for the organization and implementation of activities of mining-pool.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. In these rules the following basic concepts are applied:

mining-pool - the organization providing electronic platform for consolidation of computing capacities for ensuring activities for mining;

activities for mining (further - mining) - activities for maintenance of the distributed register of data, creation of blocks and confirmation of their integrity by carrying out computing transactions;

national mayner - the legal entity - the resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan who got permission to implementation of mining (further - permission) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

foreign mayner - the physical person or legal entity, the nonresident of the Republic of Uzbekistan performing mining outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

connection to electronic platform of mining-pool - set of the organizational and technical measures intended for connection to electronic platform of mining-pool and receipt of participant status of mining-pool;

the participant of mining-pool - the national or foreign mayner who underwent in accordance with the established procedure the procedure of connection to electronic platform of mining-pool for implementation of mining;

listing - addition process by mining-pool crypto - assets on electronic platform of mining-pool for implementation of mining of data crypto - assets;

delisting - process of conclusion crypto - assets from electronic platform of mining-pool;

electronic platform of mining-pool - information system and (or) hardware and software system within which processes are performed:

connection to electronic platform of mining-pool;

consolidations of computing capacities of participants of mining-pool;

distributions crypto - assets among participants of mining-pool;

conclusion crypto - assets on crypto - purses of participants of mining-pool;

listing and delisting;

preparation and forming of reporting documents on committed transactions on mining;

storage, processing and disclosure of information on the transactions connected with mining;

distributions of the accumulated capacities of mining-pool to mining various crypto - assets;

other organizational-technical works directed to improvement of processes of mining;

authorized body - the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. The organization of activities of mining-pool is performed according to Regulations on procedure for licensing of activities of providers of services in the sphere of turnover crypto - assets (reg. No. 3380 of August 15, 2022).

Mining-pul performs activities only through electronic platform of mining-pool.

3. Mining-pul shall provide:

proper operability of the electronic platform;

separate accounting of transactions of participants of mining-pool;

consideration of requests of national and foreign mayner for connection to the electronic platform;

execution of requests of participants of mining-pool for conclusion crypto - the assets got by them during implementation of mining on electronic platform of mining-pool;

information security of the electronic platform;

maintaining register of participants of mining-pool;

implementation of backup of all data (on electronic media) about the transactions made by participants of mining-pool on completion of every day;

regular increase in level of knowledge of workers of mining-pool and persons involved by mining-pool under civil agreements in the field of the legislation on regulation of activities of mining-pool, counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, and also other local acts approved by mining-pool (further - the local act);

observance of requirements to advertizing crypto - the assets and to implementation of the activities provided by acts of the legislation.

4. Mining-pul shall develop and approve the local acts regulating rules of implementation:

connections to mining-pool;

the processes of mining, distribution got crypto - assets among participants of mining-pool and conclusion on their crypto - purses;

listing and delisting crypto - assets on electronic platform of mining-pool;

identifications of mayner.

5. On electronic platform of mining-pool it is forbidden:

making of transactions on purchase, sale and (or) exchange crypto - the assets received during implementation of mining on other types crypto - assets;

storage crypto - assets of participants of mining-pool;

input earlier introduced into circulation crypto - assets on crypto - purses of mining-pool and participants of mining-pool;

mining and other transactions with anonymous crypto - assets.

6. Mining-pul has no right to use crypto - assets of the participants of mining-pool (including from their name) received during mining for making of other transactions with crypto - assets.

Chapter 2. Establishment of the relations with national and foreign mayner

7. Establishment of relations with national and foreign mayner is performed on contractual basis according to local acts of mining-pool and regulatory legal acts in the sphere of turnover crypto - assets.

8. National and foreign mayner, for the purpose of connection to electronic platform of mining-pool and implementation of mining, undergo obligatory identification.

9. National mayner for passing of obligatory identification provide the following documents and the information:

a) the copy of the document of the allowing nature granting authorized body the right to mayner to perform mining;

b) identification taxpayer number (ITN);

c) full name of the legal entity and form of business;

d) location of the legal entity (postal address), phone number, e-mail address;

e) the address crypto - purse crypto - asset on which it is planned to remove crypto - the assets received as a result of mining;

e) other data provided by acts of the legislation in the sphere of counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.
