This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for subitems "v", "g", "e" and "zh" of Item 1, of the subitem "v" of Item 2, of the paragraph of the third subitem "b" of Item 3, of the subitem "g" of Item 4, of paragraph two of the subitem "b" and the paragraph of the third subitem "d" of Item 5 and Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution.
