About approval of the Procedure for the conclusion of the contract with the director of the Center for provision of free legal aid and standard form of such contract

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Procedure for the conclusion of the contract with the director of the center for provision of free legal aid;

2) Standard form of the contract with the director of the center for provision of free legal aid.

2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning the European integration Sugak L.

Procedure for the conclusion of the contract with the director of the center for provision of free legal aid

1. This Procedure determines according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid" the conclusion mechanism the Coordination center for rendering legal aid (further - the Coordination center) the contract with person appointed to position of the director of the regional, local and interregional center for provision of free legal aid in the procedure established by the legislation on terms of the contract (further - the contract).

2. The contract is signed taking into account provisions of the Labor code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid", other acts of the legislation and this Procedure.

Contract parties is the Coordination center on behalf of the director and person appointed to position of the director of the regional, local and interregional center for provision of free legal aid (further - the director of the center).

3. The contract is signed in writing in the corresponding standard form approved by the order of Ministry of Justice, in duplicate on one for each of the parties having identical legal force.

4. The contract is signed for a period of three years.

5. The contract becomes effective from the moment of its signing by the parties if other is not provided by the contract, and can be changed by agreement of the parties in writing.

The contract is the basis for the edition the Coordination center of the order on appointment of the director of the center to position from the date of established by agreement of the parties in the contract.

6. In the contract the rights, obligations and responsibility of the parties (including material), requirements to preserving by the director of the center of state-owned property, condition of material security and labor organization, contract cancelation condition, the duration of the contract and other conditions are established.

7. Disputes between the parties which signed the contract are permitted according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
