About voluntary conveyance confiscated in case of production on cases on administrative offenses of light industrial goods and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. 2. For the purposes of voluntary conveyance of property the Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) in time no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the notification specified in Item 5 of the Regulations on the order by the property turned into property of the state approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2019 No. 1238 "About the order the property turned into property of the state" sends to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response (their territorial authorities) (further - the accepting body) the notification of the readiness to voluntary conveyance of property with indication of its name and quantity.

Authorized persons of the accepting body within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the readiness to voluntary conveyance of property inform Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) on consent to obtaining or refusal of receipt of property. Within the specified term the accepting body has the right to perform survey of property in the place of its stay.

3. In case of informing Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) on consent to receipt of the same property by both accepting bodies voluntary conveyance of property is performed to the accepting body, consent to receipt of property from which arrived on term, with informing other accepting body on the made decision earlier.

4. Voluntary conveyance of property is performed in the place of its stay within 7 working days from the date of receipt from the accepting body of consent to receipt of property based on the delivery-acceptance certificate signed by the authorized person of Federal Agency for State Property Management (its territorial authority) and the authorized person of the accepting body.

5. Acceptance, transportation (transportation) and subsequent use of the donated property are performed by the accepting body in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. 1. "d) voluntary conveyance of the seized goods of light industry which were tools or objects of administrative offense in cases and procedure which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
