About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

St. I. - In the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325/2013 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 277-287, 586), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 7:

in part (1):

Item c) after the word "relatively" to add with the word of "results";

in Item d) the words "application of the test in relation to them" shall be replaced with words "results of the tests which are carried out in their relation";

Item c) parts (to state 2) in the following edition:

"c) declare gifts and conflict of interest according to the legislation, to directly resist to inadequate influence, and in case of impossibility to directly resist to inadequate influence and causing damage of its professional activity - to submit the written notice to competent authorities;".

2. In part (2) Article 8:

in Item e) shall be replaced with words the words "about tests" "about results of tests";

Item f) to state in the following edition:

"f) apply sanctions against the public officials who received negative results following the results of the professional integrity test according to provisions of the legislation regulating activities of the tested public officials;".

3. In Article 9:

part (to add 1) with the Items d-1) and h) the following content:

"d-1) request from higher public body and/or self-government institutions information on the measures taken for exception of the external factors of risk revealed in the course of assessment of institutional integrity creating risks of corruption;";

"h) perform visits for documentation of the facts to the public body which is subject to assessment of institutional integrity.";
