About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 6:

add part with Item-1) from the following content:

"with-1) having general GPA upon termination of National institute of justice or, in case of persons specified in part (2), assessment received at examination before the Commission on acceptance of final examinations of National institute of justice, higher than 8;";

2. In part (Article 6-1 the word "carrying out" to replace 1) with the word "completion".

3. Parts (7) and (Article 9 to state 8) in the following edition:

"(7) No later than 30 days after completion of the training or passing an examination specified in part (3) Articles 6, the National institute of justice transfers to the Supreme council of magistracy the candidate list, corresponding specified in Item with 1) to part (1) articles 6 to condition. No later than 30 days after request the candidate submits to the Supreme council of magistracy all necessary documents for entering into the Register. The candidate is entered in the Register no later than seven days after submission of all requested documents.

(8) After entering into the Register the Supreme council of magistracy requests from National authority on integrity conducting check, in the presence of doubts concerning origin of property or reliability of the declaration on property and private interests of the candidate, and at the National center for fight against corruption and Service of information and safety - provision of information of rather professional integrity of the candidate. Copies of the documents received from National authority on integrity of the National center for fight against corruption and Service of information and safety are transferred to the candidate with provision of opportunity to state the line item on them.".
