About measures for enhancement of system of providing the needing persons with prosthetic and orthopedic products and technical means of rehabilitation
For the purpose of raising on qualitatively new level of system of support of persons needing social protection, simplifications of mechanisms of providing with prosthetic and orthopedic products and technical means of rehabilitation, and also ensuring strategy implementation "Uzbekistan - 2030":
1. Approve offers of the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the National agency of social protection) and the Ministry of Economics and finance about:
expansion till May 1, 2024 of types of the prosthetic and orthopedic products and technical means of rehabilitation (further - prosthetic products and means of rehabilitation) which are guaranteed provided with the state from 18 to 30, taking into account such means as wheelchair with the electric drive, cycle chair carriage, the mechanical wheelchair equipped with the sanitary equipment, wheel walker (rollator), chetyrekhnozhny walker, the sound thermometer and tonometer, and also others;
increase since May 1, 2024 in the size of the means covered by the state to the needing persons on acquisition of prosthetic products and means of rehabilitation proceeding from market situation, on average to triple, and also about increase in some types of data of means - to the tenfold size.
2. Determine that:
a) since May 1, 2024:
needs of persons with disability in prosthetic products and means of rehabilitation are determined on the basis of the certificate of disability without execution of the separate medical certificate;
b) till May 1, 2024 in the city of Tashkent and the Samarkand region, till October 1, 2024 - in all other regions of the republic the procedure for providing the needing persons with prosthetic products and means of rehabilitation on voucher basis according to which takes root:
providing the needing persons with prosthetic products and means of rehabilitation is performed by means of electronic commerce;
