Some questions of social support of internally displaced persons and other vulnerable categories of persons

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

allowance payment to internally displaced persons is prolonged for accommodation automatically since February 1, 2024 for one month without additional address for persons at whom in January, 2024 the six-months period of receipt of such help ended;

filing of application for prolongation of allowance payment on accommodation to the internally displaced persons having the right to its prolongation after March 1, 2024 according to Procedure for assistance to accommodation to internally displaced persons, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 332 "Some questions of allowance payment on accommodation to internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, Art. 1418; 2023, No. 69, the Art. 3990), can be performed since February 1, 2024 by river;

the benefit for accommodation to the internally displaced persons having the right to it and which filed behind prolongation of its payment personally submitted application in February - April, 2024, is appointed and paid since March 1, 2024.

2. To the ministry of social policy together with the Pension fund of Ukraine, the State jobcenter, the State Tax Administration for continuation of allowance payment on accommodation to internally displaced persons according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 332 "Some questions of allowance payment on accommodation to internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, of the Art. 1418) to perform one-time reconciliation of information containing in unified information system of the social sphere with data of the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance, the state register of physical persons - taxpayers, Single information and analytical system of public service of employment. Exchange of information between the Ministry of social policy, the Pension fund of Ukraine, the State jobcenter, the State Tax Administration is performed according to protocols of exchange of information.

For ensuring exchange of information at the request of the Ministry of social policy within 10 working days from the date of its receipt the following information moves:

The pension fund of Ukraine - about the income of persons, payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance and employment from the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance;

The state jobcenter - about the persons registered as the unemployed and registered as looking for work;

The State Tax Service (in case of identification of data on the personality by results of the carried-out reconciliation) - about the income of persons from the state register of physical persons - taxpayers.

3. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2024, except Item 3 of this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
