1. Reorganize organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession of organization to it "The republican scientific and practical center "Okuu of Kiteba" under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Rename organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic into public institution "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" (further - GU "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house).

3. Determine that activities of GU "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house are performed on the principle of self-financing.

5) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

6) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

8. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About step-by-step introduction of lease of textbooks in the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 16, 2017 No. 671;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 24, 2018 No. 341.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
