1. Enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of January 23, 2024 "About urgent measures for ensuring economic safety for action of legal regime of warlike situation" it (is applied).
2. Control over the implementation of Items 2-5 of the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by this Order to assign to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
