Article 1. Of May 5, 2021 to add part 1 of article 73 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) with the new offer of the following content: "In case of production on imposing of penalty with the consent of the rule, specified in this Article, are not applied".
Article 2. In article 76 of the Code:
To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

2) to state part 2 in the following edition:
"2.
