In our country much attention is paid to development of the sphere of intellectual property, reliable protection of legitimate interests of authors and other owners.
The regulations concerning stimulation of intellectual property also found the reflection in the Fundamental law. In particular, by Art. 53 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is fixed that freedom of scientific, technical and art creativity, the right to use of achievements of culture, and also protection of intellectual property of the law and care of the state of cultural, scientific and technical development of society is guaranteed to everyone.
Creation and implementation of effective mechanisms of protection of intellectual property items in case of simultaneous ensuring their protection and enhancement of practice in this direction is the requirement of time.
