The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Leave from:

The agreement on mutual recognition of the rights to preferential journey for disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also persons equated to them made on March 12, 1993 in Moscow;

The protocol on execution of the Decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on provision to participants of the Great Patriotic War of the rights to free pass by railway transport once a year of the May 30, 2003 signed on September 18, 2003;

The protocol on modification and amendments in the Agreement on mutual recognition of the rights to preferential journey for disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also persons equated to them of the March 12, 1993 signed on November 22, 2007.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to report to Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States about exit from the agreement and protocols specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
