About realization of pilot project on the termination of activities of the legal entity for the liquidation basis in the automated mode
According to article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services", and also for the purpose of process optimization of rendering the state service we ORDER:
1. Till July 1, 2025 in all areas, the cities of republican value, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to start pilot project on the termination of activities of the legal entity for the liquidation basis in the automated mode.
2. Approve procedure for realization of pilot project on the termination of activities of the legal entity for the liquidation basis in the automated mode according to appendix to this order.
3. To the Ministries of Justice, digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry, finance to provide execution of procedure for realization of pilot project on the termination of activities of the legal entity for the liquidation basis in the automated mode.
4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the vice-Ministers of Justice supervising the corresponding direction, digital development of innovations and the aerospace industry, finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This joint order becomes effective since July 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
