About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Determine Committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning republican public institution "Memorial museum of the academician K. I. Satpayev" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and republican public institution "Institute of history of the state" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 15 with subitems 120-1) and 120-2) of the following content:

"120-1) development and approval of the instruction for financing of the expenses connected with the organization of passing of scientific training and also to return of budgetary funds by the persons who refused or deprived of scientific training, having financial debt;

120-2) development and approval together with authorized body in the field of education of rules of use of payments of target accumulatings from the single accumulation pension fund for the purpose of education payment;";

in the list of the state legal entities who are under authority of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

exclude Items 3 and 4;

to add the list of the state legal entities who are under authority of Committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan with Items 21 and 22 of the following content:

"21. Republican public institution "Memorial museum of the academician K. I. Satpayev".

22. Republican public institution "Institute of history of the state".".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
