1. Enter position of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning investment cooperation with the countries of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) on a voluntary basis.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning investment cooperation with the OIC countries.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
