According to the subitem "an" of Item 2, the subitem of "c" of Item 3 and item 4 of Article 262, of Item 1 of article 267 of the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, and Item "About government assistance to subjects of managing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 8 parts two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve criteria for evaluation of admissibility of government assistance to subjects of managing in the field of civil aviation which are applied.

2. Bring in the list of the services which are of the general economic interest approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2018 No. 420 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 46, the Art. 1608), the enclosed change.

services in public conveyance by air transport concerning air route or group of air routes for satisfaction of transport requirements which cannot be properly satisfied with the available air routes or other modes of transport.".
