1. To committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of interaction with the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the competence to provide control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) informing the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
