About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data in the sphere of system of housing construction savings

According to the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of administrative data in the sphere of system of housing construction savings:

1) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on Share of Participants of System of Housing Construction Savings to Labor Power of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the form intended for collection of administrative data "Data on security with housing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of people on the waiting list of local executive bodies at the expense of concessional loans under 2% and 5% issued by Otbasy bank Joint-stock company according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
