About provision to the Government of decision-making power about transfer of fields of hydrocarbonic raw materials for the purpose of geological studying and/or geological development to the company providing implementation of the state monopoly in the field of geological studying
The parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of the subitem and) Item 1) of article 16 of the Code about subsoil No. 3/2009 the Government can make the decision on transfer to use of fields of hydrocarbonic raw materials (the Viktorovka natural gas field (area Kantemir) and the field of oil/Velen crude oil (area Kakhul) for the purpose of geological studying and development of resources of crude oil and natural gas to the company providing implementation of the state monopoly in the field of geological studying.
Art. 2. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
Art. 3. - In six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to provide to the government:
a) modification of the regulations and regulations of other bodies of public management of compliance with this law;
b) development of regulations for implementation of this law.
