"takes a legal action with the statement for enforced sale of voting shares (shares) constituting the authorized (share) capital of the legal entities performing combination of activities for transfer of electrical energy and (or) to supervisory control in power industry with activities for production and (or) purchase and sale of electrical energy in the amount excluding affiliation of such persons.".
