Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of optimization of activities of Public service of inspection of work under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also enhancement of management in the field of labor protection and certification of workplaces of POSTANOVLYAYU:

1. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. in two-month time based on the central laboratory of Public service of inspection of work under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Service) to create the legal entity of the public law "Center of Labor Protection" under Service (further - the Center) and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.2. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

2.1. The center is legal entity of the public law who renders services to employers in the field of labor protection and certification of workplaces, and also performs training, consultations and methodical support in these spheres;

2.2. the powers of the founder of the Center specified in article 8.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal entities of the public law" concerning approval of the charter of the Center, determination of the size of authorized fund and introduction of change in them, creation of governing bodies, approvals of structure, the salary fund, limit of number of workers and the size of their salary (salary, surcharges to the salary, awards and other payments), and also reorganization and liquidations of the Center are performed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic, and on other questions - Service;

2.3. Maintenance costs and activities of the Center are financed from the following sources:

2.3.1. expels from the State fund of labor protection;

2.3.2. income from the activities;
