About procedure for enforcement of changes in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TP TS 026/2012)"
According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Determine that:
a) documents on assessment of conformity of small size vessels, rescue means and (or) the equipment for small size vessels to the mandatory requirements established by the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012) made by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 15, 2012 No. 33 (further - the technical regulation), the entries into force of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission issued about one day of October 20, 2023 No. 119 "About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012)", are valid before the termination of term of their action;
b) production and release into the stream of commerce on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation in the presence of the documents on assessment of conformity specified in the subitem "an" of this Item are allowed before the termination of effective period of such documents;
c) the product circulation, being object of technical regulation of the technical regulation, released during action of the documents on assessment of conformity specified in the subitem "an" of this Item is allowed during service life of these products.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
