1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 9.8.1 "Receipt of the license for activities connected with improvement of children abroad" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 9.8.2 "Change of the license for activities connected with improvement of children abroad" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 9.25.3 "Receipt of the exit visa on improvement abroad general and special organized groups of children and persons accompanying them confirming humanitarian character of trip" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. Determine forms:

the program reflecting the basic principles of work on implementation of the activities connected with improvement of children abroad according to appendix 1;

the information about the workers performing the activities connected with improvement of children abroad according to appendix 2.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2022 No. 3 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures".

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
