About approval of the Regulations on regulation of activities of the finance companies having the right to perform activities for provision of guarantees, and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 85

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 39, of Item 30 of the Section VII of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of settlement of activities of the finance companies having the right to perform activities for provision of guarantees based on the license for activities of finance company, board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on regulation of activities of the finance companies having the right to perform activities for provision of guarantees (further - the Provision) enclosed.

2. Non-bank financial institutions which according to the legislation of Ukraine have the right to provide guarantees based on license for activities on provision of financial services or the license for activities of finance company shall fulfill requirements of the Provision and observe:

1) value of the standard rate of sufficiency (adequacy) of the capital from January 1 to March 31, 2024 - in the amount of at least seven percent;
