About creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakh research institution of the Caspian Sea

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakh Research Institution of the Caspian Sea" (further – the NAO) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO carrying out monitoring of the environment and research works in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea regarding preserving and reproduction of natural resources of the Caspian Sea, strengthening of cooperation of research institutions and organizations of the Caspian states.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan forming of the authorized capital of the NAO at the expense of the republican property which is on balance of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazvodkhoz of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of the NAO;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of the NAO of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of the NAO in judicial authorities;

4) transfer to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of the NAO;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

in the list of joint-stock companies and economic partnerships which state blocks of shares and shares remain in republican property, approved by the specified resolution:

add the Section "Mangystau Region" in the line, sequence number 236-12, of the following content:
