RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of December 29, 2023 No. 1410

Some questions of reducing number of employees of executive bodies

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 3, 2013 No. 5 "Questions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 2, Art. 46; 2019, No. 89, Art. 2967; 2022, 29, the Art. 1571) figures "788" to replace No. with figures "768".

2. Appendices 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814, No. 93, Art. 2680; 2015, No. 60, Art. 1963, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2022, 73, 4434) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
