RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of social protection of persons with disability

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

The pension fund of Ukraine transfers the personal records of persons received from Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine with disability owing to labor accident and/or occupational disease (further - persons with disability owing to accident) for providing with cars to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional and Kiev city public administrations (military authorities) (further - structural divisions concerning social protection of the population) at the registered/declared place of residence of persons with disability owing to accident;

date of capture of person with disability owing to accident on accounting for providing with the car (further - accounting) is date with which she stayed on the registry in management of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine;

the cars transferred by Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine to the Pension fund of Ukraine which were acquired for persons with disability as a result of accident and are in their use, and also the cars returned (withdrawn) by managements of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine are transferred to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population within one area or Kiev;

the cars returned (withdrawn) by managements of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine are offered persons with disability staying on the registry according to the procedure of priority of their stay on accounting;

the documents of persons with disability owing to accident in paper form confirming the right of such persons to purpose of monetary compensations to gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and to transport servicing, and the documents confirming payment of the specified monetary compensations, transferred by Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine to the Pension fund of Ukraine are transferred to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population at the registered/declared place of residence of persons with disability owing to accident. In case of lack of such documents or their destruction in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine the Pension fund of Ukraine transfers the corresponding data to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population.

2. Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999 and of February 14, 2007 No. 228

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999:

Item 1-1 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-1. Determine that the funds transferred by persons with disability (including persons with disability owing to labor accident or occupational disease) for the received cars on favorable terms (7 or 30 percent of cost) paid by members of families of the died persons with disability (including persons with disability owing to labor accident or occupational disease) for the cars left to them, and means which arrived from realization of the cars returned (withdrawn) by structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional and Kiev city public administrations (military authorities) (further - structural divisions concerning social protection of the population) in the government budget, can be used by Social Security Fund of persons with disability for ensuring functioning of the public rehabilitation institutions (the centers of complex rehabilitation) for persons with disability, the children with disability belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of social policy.";
