1. Determine that:

when implementing transportations with use of navigation seals on the territories of two and more state members before start date of application of single measures of protection of information containing in navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation the navigation seal shall contain only the register of electronic documents and (or) data from the documents placed in navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation, content which structure and format are determined by the Requirements to stores organization of electronic documents and (or) data from the documents containing in navigation seal for tracking of specific transportation approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 11, 2023 No. 97;

the state member in process of readiness of information systems of monitoring bodies and the authorized operator of state member has the right to place in addition to the register provided by the paragraph the second this Item in navigation seal the electronic documents and (or) data (including electronic documents and (or) data, which structure and format are determined according to the legislation of state members) accompanying the transportation of goods beginning in the territory of such state member.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
