1. Reorganize the public organization "State University of Moldova" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport" (the joining legal entity).

2. The rights and obligations of public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport" (the joining legal entity) pass in full to public organization "State University of Moldova" (the accepting legal entity), including the rights and obligations connected with property management (property) of the attached organization.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Research together with the reorganized institutions of higher education in 15-day time to create the commission on cession of property and in 30-day time to provide cession of property according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government
No. 901/2015.

4. Transfer regular personnel of public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport" (the joining legal entity) to the public organization "State University of Moldova" (accepting the legal entity)
till September 1, 2024 with observance of provisions of the labor law. In case of impossibility of transfer of some workers to perform their release according to the labor law.

5. Transfer the students enlisted according to programs of the higher education – litsentsiatura, magistracy and doctoral studies of public organization "State University of Physical Training and Sport", to public organization "State University of Moldova" on the same programs of the higher education and with the amount of tuition fee established previous academic year. 8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education and Research.
