1. 2. To committee of fishery of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order;

2) the Eurasian economic commission about introduction of prohibition of this order specified in Item 1, but no later than 3 calendar days before date of its introduction.

3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
