About acceptance in citizenship of the Russian Federation the foreign citizens who signed the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming and members of their families

1. Determine that with the application for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation according to part 9 of article 16 of the Federal Law of April 28, 2023 No. 138-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" without observance of the requirements provided by Items 1 - 4 parts 1 of article 15 of the called Federal Law having the right to address:

a) the foreign citizens who concluded during special military operation the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming or passing during special military operation military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming;

b) the foreign citizens discharged from military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming during special military operation based on subitems "a" - "" and "about" Item 1 of article 51 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FZ "About conscription and military service";

c) spouses, children (including adopted (adopted) and parents of the foreign citizens called in subitems "an" and "b" of this Item.

2. The foreign citizens called in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decree:

a) submit the application for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation in form according to appendix in any territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the choice;

b) represent together with the application for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation the following documents containing personal data of the applicant, and their copy:

identity document and nationality;

the document testimonial of change of surname, name or middle name (in case of change of surname, name or middle name);

the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming signed for the term of at least one year;

c) in case of inclusion of the child in the application for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation represent:

the certificate of birth of the child or other document confirming the fact of the birth of the child and degree of relationship with the applicant;

the consent of the child aged from 14 up to 18 years on the acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation which is drawn up according to Item 21 of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of questions of the citizenship of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2023 No. 889;

the certificate on adoption (adoption) of the child or other document confirming degree of relationship of the child with the applicant in case of adoption (adoption) of the child.

3. The foreign citizens called in the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this Decree:

a) submit the application for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation in form according to appendix in territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the place of residence or the place of stay in the Russian Federation, and in case of lack of registration at the place of residence or the place of stay - in the place of the actual residence in the Russian Federation;

b) represent, in addition to documents, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Decree, the statement from the dismissal order from military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military forming.

4. Persons called in the subitem "v" of Item 1 of this Decree submit the application for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation in form according to appendix in territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the place of residence or the place of stay in the Russian Federation, and in case of lack of registration at the place of residence or the place of stay - in the place of the actual residence in the Russian Federation.

5. Persons called in the subitem "v" of Item 1 of this Decree together with the application for admission represent to citizenship of the Russian Federation:

a) the documents containing personal data of the applicant, and their copy:

identity document, nationality or lack of nationality;

the document testimonial of change of surname, name or middle name (in case of change of surname, name or middle name);

b) the certificate of birth of the child or other document confirming the fact of the birth of the child and degree of relationship with the applicant (in case of inclusion of the child in the application for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation);

c) the consent of the child aged from 14 up to 18 years on the acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation which is drawn up according to Item 21 of the Regulations on procedure for consideration of questions of the citizenship of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2023 No. 889 (in case of inclusion of the child in the application for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation);

d) the document confirming relationship degree with the foreign citizen called in the subitem "an" or "b" of Item 1 of this Decree (the document on marriage, the certificate on adoption (adoption) of the child or other document);

e) the medical documents confirming lack of the fact of consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances without appointment of the doctor or new potentially dangerous psychoactive agents, and also the infectious diseases constituting danger to people around, provided by the list approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Such documents are not submitted by the foreign citizens having permission to temporary residence, permission to temporary residence for the purpose of education, the residence permit, the certificate of the refugee, the certificate on provision of provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation;
