About approval of the Regulations on implementation of permanent supervision of activities for provision of financial and accompanying services

According to Articles 7, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 21-26, 46, to Item 30 of the Section VII of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", to Articles 114, of 115, to Item 25 of the Section XV of the Law of Ukraine of November 18, 2021 No. 1909-IX "About insurance", to Articles 37, of 43, to Item 16 of the Section XI of the Law of Ukraine of July 14, 2023 No. 3254-IX "About credit unions", for the purpose of regulation of procedure of permanent supervision of activities for provision of financial and accompanying services the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on implementation of permanent supervision of activities for provision of financial and accompanying services (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

3. The National Bank of Ukraine in case of creation of the written requirement to predostavitel of financial services, to the owner of essential participation, the key participant in structure of property, to affiliated, related person to predostavitel of financial services, the member of financial group, predostavitel of accompanying services, person providing services in outsourcing to predostavitel of financial services (further - object of permanent supervision) whose location according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming is the settlement of territorial community / the territory which/which according to the legislation of Ukraine it is carried to the territory of active fighting or the territories of Ukraine which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation according to the List of the territories, on which are conducted fighting or the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine approved by the order of December 22, 2022 No. 309, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2022 at No. 1668/39004 (was conducted) (with changes) provided that rather corresponding inhabited the Items/territories dates of completion of fighting actions / dates of completion of temporary occupation are not determined (further - the territory of active fighting actions / temporarily occupied territory), does not send to object of permanent supervision the written requirement (in paper form or in the form of the paper copy of the electronic document certified according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Ukraine) according to the procedure, determined in Item 12 of the Section III of Provisions.
